Meet Whitney Weber, the inspiring and innovative Region 2 Director of the Missouri Association for Court Administration (MACA). MACA is a 500-member association of court administrators, court clerks, deputy clerks and prosecutor clerks from all across the State of Missouri. She also leads the Automation and Technology Committee which is how our paths aligned!

I had the pleasure of working with Whitney on the redesign of the Missouri Association for Court Administration website.

I asked Whitney to share some insight into her work with MACA and to share any advice she has for other women in business.

What do you love about your position?

"I really shine in this position because I love advocating for members from my region."

What is your most notable accomplishment?

"My most notable accomplishment in this role is helping Jamie piece together years worth of information into a new, up to date website.

Until last month, membership applications were filled out with pencil and paper and a hard check was mailed to whoever held the position of treasurer.

Now that our new website is rolled out every form and application utilized for the website can be filled out online and all fees can be paid in the same place!"

What is your biggest challenge?

"The biggest challenge in my position is working with a large executive board who are located in various places around the entire state.

Our new website will provide a centralized location for information despite the many miles between board members."

What advice would you give to other women in business?

"The best advice I can give to women in business is to shoot for the stars and do not continue to do things a certain way just because “it’s the way it’s always been done”. (Amen to that, Whitney!)

You can learn more about MACA here. Here's to your continued success, Whitney! We're so inspired by your drive and ambition to get MACA online in a beautiful and super functional new website home!
