Website Strategy: We’ll begin with an in-depth strategy all to discuss the goals for your website, how you want your business to function online, and the design aesthetic you’re drawn to. This will help us to determine the design direction and how we build out your site.

Content & Images: We’ll refine your brand’s message using clear, compelling copy and visually storytelling that helps visitors understand what you offer and how to take the next step. You’re welcome to provide your own content, or we can support you with copywriting depending on your design service.

Development + Design We’ll design and build a conversion-focused website that balances beauty and usability. Throughout the process, you’ll have opportunities to review the design and request revisions. We provide a detailed design schedule that will guide your project to create a streamlined experience.

Launch + Support We’ll provide launch-day support to ensure everything goes smoothly once we publish your website. We include one week of post-launch support and will be available to answers questions.

• The Website & Brand Mini is a great option for new businesses or for those seeking a thoughtful redesign with content prepared in advance.

• Hourly Design is best suited for existing Wix websites that need technical updates, design enhancements, or content changes.

During your consultation, we’ll talk through your business, goals, and priorities so we can recommend the design option that best supports where you are now and where you’re headed next.

Typically, we're booked out a few weeks in advance so you’ll want to get your spot reserved as soon as possible. This will give you time to complete your design questionnaire and for us to gather everything we'll need from you before we begin your project.

Before your project begins, you’ll receive clear preparation guidelines outlining what’s needed, including your website copy, images, brand assets, and instructions on how and where to provide them. Being prepared ensures a smooth, focused, and intentional design process.

Each project begins with a clear timeline outlining key milestones, review periods, and your targeted launch date. This ensures we stay aligned throughout the process and move forward with intention and clarity.

Typical timelines are as follows:

• Signature Design: approximately 8–10 weeks

• Demi Design: approximately 4–6 weeks

• Website & Brand Mini: approximately 2-4 weeks

Timelines may vary slightly depending on project scope and content readiness, and all details are confirmed at the start of your project.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project date on our design schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project, prior to handoff.

A contract is provided for every design project (other than Hourly Design which is prepaid after consultation), outlining payment terms, scope of work, and a detailed design schedule. We'll send you an invoice that you can pay directly via debit and credit card.
