Content & Visual Storytelling:
 We refine your brand message through clear, compelling copy and strategic visual storytelling that guides visitors through your site with intention. Depending on your service tier, you may provide content, or we can support you with professional copywriting services.

Design & Development:
 We design and build a conversion-focused website that balances sophisticated aesthetics with intuitive functionality. You’ll have structured opportunities to review progress and provide feedback, with a clear project timeline to ensure a smooth, well-managed experience.

Launch & Ongoing Support:
 We provide hands-on support during launch to ensure a seamless transition when your site goes live. Post-launch support is included with every service, and we remain available to assist as you continue to evolve your digital presence.

Signature Design is best for established businesses ready to scale with a fully custom, strategic website that reflects your elevated brand positioning.

Demi Design is ideal for those who want a streamlined custom website with a focused scope, fewer pages, and an accelerated timeline.

Essential Design is perfect for new or pivoting businesses seeking a polished, curated website with content prepared in advance.

VIP Design Services* are best suited for businesses needing focused, high-impact solutions—whether that's a website refresh, brand clarity, or SEO optimization—delivered in a single day.

Hourly Design Services* are perfect for businesses needing on-demand hourly design services for making content updates, design finishes, mobile optimization or assistance with tech tasks.

* For returning clients or existing websites designed on the Wix Editor platform.

How soon can we start?

Typically, we're booked out a few weeks in advance so you’ll want to get your spot reserved as soon as possible. This will give you time to complete your design questionnaire and for us to gather everything we'll need from you before we begin your project.

What do I need to have ready before we begin?

Before your project begins, you’ll receive clear preparation guidelines outlining what’s needed, including your website copy, images, brand assets, and instructions on how and where to provide them. Being prepared ensures a smooth, focused, and intentional design process.

How long does the design process take?

Each project begins with a clear timeline outlining key milestones, review periods, and your targeted launch date. This ensures we stay aligned throughout the process and move forward with intention and clarity.

Typical timelines are as follows:

• Signature Design: approximately 8–10 weeks
 • Demi Design: approximately 4–6 weeks
 • Essential Design: approximately 2-4 weeks
 • VIP Day Services: one-day
 • Hourly Design Services: are scheduled on a per project basis. Deadline will be discussed.

Timelines may vary slightly depending on project scope and content readiness, and all details are confirmed at the start of your project.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project date on our design schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion prior to handoff. VIP Design and Hourly Design Services are the exception—they are paid in full and purchased directly on our website.

A contract is provided for every full design service (Signature, Demi and Essential), outlining payment terms, scope of work, and a detailed project timeline. We'll send you an invoice that you can pay directly via debit or credit card for your convenience.

Payment plans are available upon request to support your business needs.
