Typically, we're booked out a few weeks in advance so you’ll want to get your spot reserved as soon as possible. This will give you time to complete your design questionnaire and for us to gather everything we'll need from you before we begin your project.

Before your project begins, you’ll receive clear preparation guidelines outlining what’s needed, including your website copy, images, brand assets, and instructions on how and where to provide them. Being prepared ensures a smooth, focused, and intentional design process.

Each project begins with a clear timeline outlining key milestones, review periods, and your targeted launch date. This ensures we stay aligned throughout the process and move forward with intention and clarity.

Typical timelines are as follows:

• Signature Design: approximately 8–10 weeks

• Demi Design: approximately 4–6 weeks

• Essential Design: approximately 2-4 weeks

• VIP Day Services: one-day

Timelines may vary slightly depending on project scope and content readiness, and all details are confirmed at the start of your project.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project date on our design schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion prior to handoff. VIP Design Services are the exception—they are paid in full and purchased directly on our website.

A contract is provided for every design service, outlining payment terms, scope of work, and a detailed project timeline. We'll send you an invoice that you can pay directly via debit or credit card for your convenience.
