Shireen serves mediation clients throughout the state of California, combining her legal expertise with a thoughtful, people-centered focus, as well as a proven track record in wage and hour, class action, and PAGA matters.

Her approach is defined by empathy — a quality she believes is indispensable in effective conflict resolution. Having spent years as a litigation partner, she brings clarity, insight, and exceptional guidance to the parties she supports.

Shireen reached out because she needed a website for her new mediation practice. Our initial conversation, paired with the logo she already had designed, immediately inspired the creative direction. It was my mission to design a website that reflected both her legal expertise and the warmth she naturally brings to her work. The end result is a website that is easy to navigate, while balancing vibrant hues and vital information regarding the mediation process. The final outcome: a happy design client, and a website design that is uniquely her own.

Why She Started Her Business

Shireen has always been drawn to negotiation and communication. After years in litigation, she recognized how powerful mediation can be in creating space for resolution. Encouragement from former colleagues made the decision to open her own practice even more meaningful. Her clarity of purpose was evident throughout the entire design process.

What She Loves Most

Shireen values creating a safe, confidential space where people feel heard and respected. She loves guiding clients toward solutions that honor their needs and help them move forward. This intention shaped many of the design choices on her site, including soft typography, structured content, and clear, calm pathways for visitors.

Like many women building something new, Shireen is tasked with wearing many hats, from IT and accounting to marketing and everything in between. Yet she approaches each part of the process with a genuine curiosity and appreciation.
